Introduction On April 5th, 2018, the Immigrant Nominee Program of Ontario has conducted an intake round applicable to the Master’s Graduate Stream. It attracts recent Master’s graduates in Ontario and accepts their applications. This was the second round of intake for this program in the present year. The first one had been conducted in January.

The Master’s Graduate Stream is a popular stream of OINP. Furthermore, this Program allows the province to select candidates who seek a nomination for permanent residence in Canada. The provinces and territories have their own Provincial Programs, which enable the selection of new immigrants. By using it they can meet the exclusive needs of their province/territory.

This Stream attracts persons who have completed their graduation recently. By studying for the Master’s degree in an eligible institution in the province, they are closer to their immigration dream. Additionally, apart from the education, applicants must be proficient in the language.  There is a norm to score Canadian Language Benchmark 7. Moreover, they must reside in Ontario for one year in the last two years. Secondly, they must have adequate funds to support their livelihood as well as of their family members.

Profile not needed

This Stream does not require any work experience by the applicant. This is also a great feature of this PNP. Additionally, the applicant of this stream need not have a live profile in the EE pool. All Candidates who successfully meet the requirements are eligible to submit an application. Notably, owing to the popularity of this program, the intake period is short. As a result, the candidates must prepare the application in advance. This will help them to submit the application in quick time when the program is opened.

A candidate takes the first step by completing education in Canada. This will help in permanently immigrating to Canada. They must do a proper planning to realize their goals.
