This stream also has no requirement minimum points. Candidates should have a Canadian Language Benchmark 7 (French) and 6 in English.

Furthermore, Ontario has nomination allocation target of 6,900 for 2019 from the federal government under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program. Among these 250 nominations are specific to temporary foreign workers doing the tasks in intermediate skilled occupations (NOC -C).
This target is also an increase of 4.5 per cent on the 6,600 nominations allocation of the province from the past year.

The province has also conducted 44 draws for French Speaking Skilled Worker during 2018. Its tally is 6 so far in 2019. Ontario also conducts many draws for the Human Capital Priorities, as well as for the Skilled Trades stream and Entrepreneur stream.
