New Brunswick immigration has declared the short-term closure of its Express Entry Labour Market Stream.
Expressions of Interest are presently not being allowed. The province advises applicants to keep monitoring for when the stream will resume.
Earlier, New Brunswick immigration was only allowing Express Entry E.O.I’s from applicants already hired in New Brunswick, with high ability in French language or with French as a primary language. Applicants must also have expertise in one of the target professions.

Requirements for New Brunswick Express Entry Labour Market Stream
To appeal below this category, applicants must:
- Meet all qualification criteria and factors of selection for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (getting minimum 67 points out of 100).
- Age must be between 21 and 55 years.
- Canadian Language Benchmark Score is 7 for French or English in writing, reading, listening and speaking.
- Have minimum one-year work experience in NOC 0, A or B.
