British Columbia immigration has welcomed the latest batch of international graduates and skilled workers by the British Columbia PNP Tech Pilot.

A Feb 26 immigration draw observed 36 invitations announced to applicants with experience and skills in the 29 target professions list and the list is provided in the bottom.

The least scores varied from 85 for skilled workers by both streams of Express Entry and the direct provincial, and 94 required for the Category of international graduates.

Under the pilot, chosen applicants are provided priority processing by British Columbia’s existing streams of immigration.

British Columbia’s early draw took conducted on Feb 19 draw and observed 28 invitations announced, also by the British Columbia PNP Tech Pilot.

Skilled worker applicants by both the streams of Express Entry and direct provincial observed the lowest score of 85 points.

International graduate applicants by both the streams of Express Entry and direct provincial required the lowest score of 94 points.

The B.C. PNP Tech Pilot has been prolonged into the year 2019 after its first launch in the year 2017. At present, it has a list of 29 target professions with relaxed duration conditions.

B.C. P.N.P draws explicitly intended at workers in the technology area and launched in May 2017. The British Columbia province has a growing tech industry with amazing big names of the technology world basing themselves in western Canada.

Requirements for B.C. PNP Tech Pilot

  • The job offer needs to be for one of the 29 focused professions
  • The job offer needs to be for a minimum one-year tenure
  • The job offer needs to be valid for a minimum tenure of 120 days at the time of submitting the application.
