This also serves as an effective guarantee to get the ITA for a Canadian PR.
The eligibility norms for the EEBC: SW category and the EEBC: IG category, are having a full-time, permanent job offer in the province. It is also open to EE candidates who complete the graduation from a Canadian university/college during the past three years.

All EE candidates who wish to seek the provincial nomination through the EEBC: SW and EEBC: IG categories must also register by using the provincial Skills Immigration Registration System. It is based on points and also helps the province in selecting most suitable workers for fulfilling the needs of the labor market.
