Canada immigration officials have aimed Federal Skilled Trades Program applicants in the 100th Express Entry draw, and it is the 100th draw since the system launched in 2015. The draw held on September 24 viewed 400 Invitations to apply announced with the least score of Comprehensive Ranking System 284. It was the 2nd program particular draw of 2018 and the beginning to target just one program. Early program particular draws have aimed both Provincial Nominee Program and Skilled Trades applicants. By aiming for a unique program, I.R.C.C gives the possibility of getting an ITA to applicants with lesser CRS scores. It was the 20th round of invitations below Express Entry in the year 2018 and 100th overall. IRCC presently set a specific number of invitations to be announced. Where the candidate's number with the weakest score exceeds the number of invitations allowed, authorities provide preference to the profiles that have been in the pool of Express Entry the highest. Thus, if higher than one applicant has the least score, the cut-off depends on the time and date they presented their profiles of Express Entry. The most significant candidates number invited in a particular draw since the difference is 3,900.

Modification in the Express Entry

The current format enables immigration officials excellent control to perform a more fine-tuned approach for picking an exact number of applicants to be announced an ITA.  The earlier system did not permit this. Notwithstanding the recent change, the current draw remained the trend below the System of Express Entry where the cheapest CRS score was well under 500. This was the 31st draw since the authorities of immigration essentially changed the Express Entry CRS on June 6, 2017.
